Wanna know my secret to starting your day off right?

Before I started my business, I didn't give much thought to routines.

But now that my livelihood and energy levels are tied directly to how well I live out my passions, rather than just letting a day flow by, I have to be way more intentional about how I start my day. After all, it's hard to be passionate when you're half-asleep or worse still haven't had a good night's rest while your brain raced away at a 100 miles an hour, am I right?

That's why I started looking for new ways to make my mornings and nights count. 

I realised that it's the small changes that make the biggest impact to my day. 

Things like choosing my outfit the night before, writing in my journal, reading my Bible before I go to bed, and finding 15 minutes to pray and meditate on the goodness of God and His Word does wonders for me. 

But the biggest game changer? 

My bedtime routine. 

Not only does this set me up for a productive day the next day (more on that later), I found an extra special ingredient to help calm away may anxious thoughts and help me regain my peace. It's something that blends perfectly into my night routine and gives me superpowers to start my day!
